This is a list of things to check before the last keyholder leaves the space.
- Occupancy sensor override is disabled. It is currently located on the side of the gray cabinet.
- Sound gear is off. (Turn amp off, then board)
- TVs, and tv amp is off
- LED sign is off, switch is currently hanging off the gray cabinet.
- Heat/AC is off. (if winter, heat set low)
- Propane Heater is brought inside.
- Garage door is latched.
- Back door is locked.
- Anything random that doesn't have to be on, should be shut off to conserve power.
- Lights are off.
- Front door is locked.
